The 2008 Conference on Community-Based Research and Learning: "Cities, Colleges, and Communities: Collaborating For A Change"
This year's conference will bring together faculty, students and community change agents to present findings and foment discussion on the importance of community-based learning and research on critical social justice issues such as: arts/multi - media; language & cross cultural studies; alternative spring breaks; funding & philanthropy; managing partnerships for CBLR; pedagogy; humanities & literature; natural sciences & math; faith based organization and non-traditonal students.

CONFERENCE FORMAT: morning keynote speaker banquet, 5 concurrent sessions, poster/exhibits and lunch session, then closing plenary.

FEES: registration fees start at $50 dollars for faculty and $35 for community members. The registration fee is $15 for students (must show valid ID). Registration is currently open.
